Damn, we'll have to create a multi-billion dollar agency to oversee the filing down of all sharp points, the dulling of blades, and removing of teeth, as they could lead to untold numbers of casualties.  All glass must be melted down, and every rock on the planet should be ground into sand.  Then, when that's done, we have to turn our attention to the deadly paper, so as to avoid makicious paper cuts.  The citizenry must be protected!  Now, what to do with that crazy windy thing that comes from the water and makes us wet?</description>
