My latest article has been published at The Gilded Fork. This month’s Indulgent Ingredient is truffles, and I rooted about at the base of an oak tree to find some of my favorite truffle recipes for the site, and I also shared my reminiscences of discovering truffles in Umbria, the Green Heart of Italy.
