Congratulations to Jean-Louis Gerin

Our good friend Jean-Louis Gerin won a James Beard award last night as Best Chef in the Northeast for his restaurant Jean-Louis in Greenwich, CT.
We were among the first to congratualte him at the Pellegrino sponsored after party at the Westin Hotel in Midtown, where he wore his newly minted medal with humility, while those around him tried to get him to display it even more prominently.
