Kate Zuckerman in Food and Wine

I guess they just can’t help but feature someone right after I do, but Food and Wine Magazine has featured Kate’s Mini-Cheesecakes with Wine Gelées as their “last bite” in the October issue. YUM! This is how Kate describes it on her Pastry Chat blog:
“Food & Wine is featuring a version of my goat cheese cakes as “The Last Bite” in the October issue. This version uses three wine gelees, and I think it makes a nice contrast with the recipe in the book, which features a hazelnut brittle crust, quite a different flavor. “
