He tells me about the company’s history and tradition as a Tuscan winemaker known for Chianti Classico and Brunello, and their expansion into Friuli, with the Borgo Conventi property, which produces Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. We taste the whites on this podcast, since we’re heading into the perfect weather for white wines. We’ll talk later about his Reserva Ducale Chianti Classico and Greppone Mazi Brunello di Montalcino.
