		<description>Thanks, Tim.  You can also do what I do and use lavender to infuse red wine venegar.  Just bring to a boil and then tak eit off the heat and throw in some lavender.  After it cools, strain it and use the levender vinegar for vinaigrettes or marinades.</description>

Rogowski Farm sounded beautiful with all of the birds chirping, the black dirt, and the wonderful plants growing. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I'll have to check into CSA's and see if they are available in DC.  I'm sure they are and I would love to join one.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Thanks again for all you do.  I found Culinary Lavender at World Market for 99 cents per pack and bought some to take home with me to Texas, since I know I'll never be able to find it there.  I'm going to make the Lavender pound cake with Lemon for my parent's birthday.</description>
