Let me please ask you a rather dull technical question: What camera/workflow do you use for your videocasts? They always look gorgeous!
One last idea, request, item of my wish list: Little cooking sessions of you and possibly a guest caught on video. I loved hearing them, but seeing also would be fantastic.
