CMN - CR22: Fork In The Road Williamsburg
Culinary Roundtable #22: Fork In The Road Williamsburg
With one of the most colorful histories of any town in the USA, Williamsburg, Virginia and the Tidewater region have lovingly restored many of their historic houses and welcomed people to experience a taste of the past. We spent the weekend in the area, exploring Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown, and we discovered many of the restaurants in the area, from colonial taverns to seafood restaurants and French bistros. Here, Jennifer joins me as we discuss what we’ve seen and speak with Maxine Williams, proprietor of the Old Chickahominy House, renowned for its special way of making biscuits.
Theme Song: “Byron’s Got The Time”, by Family Groove Company, from the Podsafe Music Network.
