Juliette Rosant over at SuperChefBlog has posted an excellent editorial about the latest, lamentable developments in the Chicago Foie Gras War. It’s pretty dispicable what politically correct ideologues will do in the name of their cause. It’s sad that in our country people feel that they can bully others into doing what they want. Shame on them.
