ReMARKable Palate #181: It’s Skyline Time!
I visit Cincinnati’s famous Skyline Chili for the first time with my friend Cliff Ravenscraft from GSPN.tv. We talk about how this unique concoction of meat, chili, and spices like cocoa and cinnamon ends up over spaghetti and hot dogs, and covered with mounds of cheddar cheese.
