ReMARKable Palate #223: Dessert Wines with Andrew Quady of Quady Winery
This week, I speak with Andrew Quady of Quady Winery in Madera California. He’s been making sweet dessert wines since 1975. We talk about the category, the Muscat grape, and what makes dessert wines different form other wines, and then we do a virtual tasting, where I get to sample one of Andrew’s wines.
Theme Song: “Go Fish”, by Big Money Grip, from the Podsafe Music Network.
