Sorry that I haven’t posted sooner. I’ve been AWOL for awhile, but for good reason. I just took a new full time position as a private chef which requires that I travel with my client, and I have been busy learning the ropes. I promise that I will be back here posting again soon, focusing on many recipes I’m working on for my new job. I’ll also try to get a podcast up in the next few weeks. Thanks!

Mark C. Tafoya is a personal chef in New York City. He is also a world traveler and self-taught gourmand. Yeah, sorry Colin. I’m leaving for the Caribbean tomorrow, so the podcast I thought I would do this week will have to wait. I hope everyoine understands, but this new job will really take alot of time. Sorry
